An experienced rider can love a July day at 30 knots. A beginner often progresses better with 18 to 24 well-established knots, fewer people on the water and slots that are easier to organize. This is why June and September often come up in our recommendations.
If your goal is to learn, prioritize regularity and availability of classes. If your goal is to sail hard, look for high season, but come with a real physical margin and a suitable equipment.

Less regular wind, cool water (17-18°C), few people. Good if you have flexibility but not recommended for a planned wingfoil focused stay.
The wind gradually picks up. Progressive conditions, reasonable attendance, good window to start.
Reliable wind between 18 and 28 knots, long days, warming water. The month recommended primarily for beginners and intermediates.
Wind at maximum (25-35 knots in the afternoon). Ideal for advanced riders. For beginners, mornings remain accessible. High season: book in advance.
Wind still excellent, attendance down, water at its maximum heat (22-23°C). Often the best month overall.
October remains possible with still warm water. November and December are more unpredictable, reserved for flexible riders.

In high season, the best lesson slots sell out quickly, especially for private and semi-private formats. Booking early allows you to choose times that correspond to your level rather than taking the only remaining places.
In wingfoiling, the time of launching matters almost as much as the month chosen. Beginners often benefit best from late morning slots, when the wind is already established but not yet at its maximum. Intermediates can wait for the thermal to gain strength to work on long flights, transitions and heading.
The summer afternoon can be excellent for an independent rider, but too demanding for a first experience. The wind becomes more physical, the chop builds and the beach fills up. The team therefore adjusts schedules each day rather than applying a fixed schedule.
If you come for a week, always keep a margin. Two or three very good, well-placed sessions are better than five sessions taken at the wrong time. The goal is to leave with energy, not to finish the stay tired on the third day.
Most reliable window for wind, with days often between 20 and 30 knots.
Good compromise between regularity, temperature and reasonable attendance.
More dependent on swells and weather systems, less suitable for a 100% wingfoil stay.
Send your dates, the team will tell you if the window is consistent with your level.
Technically yes, but November to March does not guarantee daily wind. For a planned stay, stay within the April-October window.
April-May and October are less crowded than summer. Accommodation is cheaper with still good wind conditions.
The Moroccan Atlantic is cooler than you imagine. In summer, a shorty or a 3/2 mm is enough. In winter, a 5/4 mm is necessary. The wetsuit is included in our lessons and rentals.
